works great! I start sweating almost as soon as I start working out on it. You just have to keep your stomach muscles tight while you are twisting and you will see results!
I think this machine is great for customizable works out . You feel like twisting and shouting then you can do it. You can stand it in front of the television and just do light twist/turns and it still raises your heart rate ,which is also great. Just be careful getting on it. You don't wanna fall, but this is fully collapsible to store away, but you should keep it out so it reminds you to get on it. I am 65 and I really like this for ease of use.
This is so fun to use and a good workout! Love that it came mostly assembled, aside from the knobs. Would definitely recommend!
Putting the machine together was relatively easy, except the part that goes into the counter broke off and now I don't have a sensor to tell me how good I'm doing while using the machine. Also, it's squeaks and it's annoying.
