Arrived quickly, it's much smaller

Instructions are awful. Holes in wood where screws ect go in is all different even though its the same screws for that hole. Some screws were missing so had to use own screws. It took me and my friend 4hrs to assemble. It looks very nice once I finally finished it. Quality of wood and stability of the boxes and shelves are not the best. I gave it 3 stars cause it looks nice but would of given a 1 star otherwise. U need ur own tools too.

It does the job, but, It on the light side. and rattles a little. Not for heavy weight people.

This a good machine, not great. It feels very wobbly and Im only 130 lbs. It is not the high end really expensive smooth machine so dont expect that when you buy this model. Its a little jerky and not that smooth.

As far as the item goes, it's a good product and tough work out. The shipping was slow and the package was damaged. The bolts that attache the stabilizing feet were missing.

I was excited about receiving my stepper but it won't work for someone that just had a knee replacement. I had a knee replacement in June and want something to help strengthen my quads. But the tension is too much pressure on my knee. I couldn't figure out how to raise the stepper , loosen the tension to make it easier while stepping nor would the monitor come on when trying to use it in sitting position. It was hard to operate in sitting position. I was looking for a stepper that is easy to use in a sitting position. I also ordered one for my elderly mom and she didn't feel it was suitable for her either. She is looking for one more like a glider or a elliptical style that's easy to use in a sitting position .

Dont buy it. Its a piece of crap the reader doesnt work, you cant fold it and super noisy you feel like its going to be break very unstable its just awful. Buy the original this is not worth it a part was missing too

The item was broke in so many places. Starting a return. Very disappointing.
