Easy setup with lots of options for slicing, dicing and julienne for veggies of all types. The blades are very sharp and cut cleanly and precisely. It uses a lot of counter space but cleans up easily and quickly for storage. It's not going to be used every day unless you use it commercially and it's sturdy enough in my opinion to be used that way. It saves so much work and effort without tiring you out. Way better than doing this chore manually.

Wow! I did a five pound bag of russet potatoes in 4 minutes! I then attempted sweet potatoes but it got jammed. So I read the instruction book which said to microwave them for 1-3 minutes. Then it worked like a charm. Clean up was fairly easy when I once again referred to the instruction book. You can remove the push plate which helped me be able to brush it well. My family will be thrilled with homemade fries. I'm using Pioneer woman's recipe for air fryer French fries. Overall a nice appliance.

I have had a lot of potato cutters mostly manual. It was always struggle to cut everything. But wow was I surprised by this powerful cutter. I cut 4 small potatoes, for fries, in 20 seconds. Yes, I timed it. The operation is so smooth and quite. I can't wait to try it on carrots and other vegetables. Clean up is easy as long as you don't have to take off the cutting head. See photo, the cutting head has 4 wing nuts and washers that have to be removed. Don't lose the washers. If you have to replace a blade, you will have the same problem. But taking out the pusher is a snap, one latch and it lifts right out. See photo. I love the forward/reverse button, no searching or fumbling to push it when feeding in potatoes. See photo. I like the fact it isn't 110 volts, it uses a power adapter which makes it safer to use. Would I recommend it, you bet I would.

I am really enjoying the slicer. I have new potatoes and it slices them perfectly. I have sliced several different types of vegetables with it. If you are struggling with your strength or have trouble using a manual slicer this one is perfect. It is also easy to clean and lightweight , so storage is easy.

I purchased this cutter to make French fries and it gets the job done fast! It accommodates large potatoes and cuts them with ease. Blades are very sharp so use caution.

i love that it fits a big potato. unfortunately i miscalculated how much counter space i had. i highly recommend getting the gloves to keep from cutting your fingers

This is a very heavy duty, easy to use slicer. Blade changing is simple. The blades are very sharp and sturdy. Quickly cuts through potatoes and carrots like a hot knife through butter. This definitely seems like a restaurant quality device

I cut potatos, pears, raw beets, apples everyday. This machine works perfectly and cuts with no mercy. No more cutting using a knife and saves a lot of time. Just be careful cleaning the blades because is very sharp. I recommend for those who has to cut everyday.

Very well made and easy to use . Clean up was easy . Just overall very pleased with everything about it .

i didn't expect it to be that big. I'm 1 person and tomuch for me. i didn't even unpack.put it in garage.
