I have been doing a parasite cleanse for some years now but after doing a bit more research now that knowledge is even much more available I found out I was doing it all wrong . I didn't know I needed a binder which is a very good one by the way ! It's a multi binder which is even better! I take it away from whatever I use to cleanse or Detox so for instance I clean in the morning then take this at night or two hours after my last meal so everything can move thru my digestive system properly. I been taking it a week now and it has been working! I haven't seen any parasites in the toilet lol but all the symptoms I was getting when I wasn't taking the binder have gone away ! so I just know I'm doing it right .
