Sorelle Farmhouse Room in a Box

I love the set, the color, the size, the price. But, unfortunately the handling of the box was not the best, it came with a hole that damaged the product a little. The crib had small scratches and bumps all over. Not a big deal, but I'd have loved to not have them when I buy a brand new product.

Love it so much, it was definitely a great deal!

delivery was shaking. Assembly 3rd party was not too pleasant, but all and all it's worth it

Love the crib and changing table. the dresser I like the way it looks, but I don't like that It opens only when all the other drawers are fully closed and it sometimes it's hard to close.

much shorter than I expected

I'm 26 weeks pregnant box was heavy but we still got it in the house and it looks amazing the nursery is put together it was worth the price delivery was was no problem

This set is absolutely beautiful, however, you get what you paid for. Item arrived with box and product heavily damaged. Reviews had mentioned there are no pre drilled holes for the dresser. That is correct. Which can make assembly difficult. The screw heads easily snap off. Overall quality of the product is not great, but is fair, given the price point. Customer service is not able to replace parts or give a refund without returning the entire product, which is difficult given the condition of the box it comes delivered in.

Horrendous assembly process on the dresser which is very poorly made. The instructions gave the wrong number for the screws, so you kinda just had to guess. There were not predrilled holes on the dresser drawers, which made the assembly unnecessarily challenging. The dresser was also a completely different shade of white, nearly ivory, and didn't match the rest of the set, though they shipped together in the same box. Putting together the dresser made me cry three times, but the rest was tolerable. You get what you pay for on this one. Cheaply made, but functional. Not looking forward to converting the crib as it came with zero instructions to do so.

One damaged piece on the crib that I would like replaced. I do NOT want to send all 3 pieces back. I got the run around trying to chat %26 when I spoke with a customer rep, he had no knowledge of the product, he disconnected the call %26 did not call me back. Chatted again to be told I would need to reach out to the manufacturer-not WalMart who I purchased the crib from.

Came without instructions . Unable to contact seller, hoping they see this and send it if not I will have to return.
