Sorelle Palisades Room in a Box

I would rate this set one of the best purchases i did. Overall is 5 stars. All 3 pieces are wooden. The only bad thing i found the assembly guide is not up to date. Also proper labels were missing from the pieces. Only the crib sides have proper labels for the inside and outside of the sides. For closet, one needs a small drill with Philip head screw driver. Hand screw isn't enough. For changing station, always follow the inner lines for proper assembly. Tip: Product documentation is zip tied on the bed support of the crib. One can also find the video tutorial for assembly on company's official website.

The changing table leg split while putting it together. There was a large scratch on a dresser drawer. There were two large ugly impressions on the bed rail. I bought the insurance too. The only way I could get my money back was to return the entire thing, which I mostly had already put together. Color was not the same as in the picture.

I would give this 5 stars if not for the obvious fact that the screws for the top of the dresser are too long. I'm a "trust the instructions" kind of person, and so I didn't double check the length of the screws like some people do. Now the top of the dresser has sharp screws poking through, making it a serious hazard as well as making it unappealing overall. Aside from that, this set was fairly easy to put together and is surprisingly sturdy.

loved the crib. assembly is difficult and requires alot of attention. changing table half of the instructions were missing and hamper is not useful like intended to be. dresser... forget it... you have to drill your own holes and line it all up your self. do not build by your self.

Set up was difficult as the instructions are not as clear as they could be. Building the dresser was especially difficult because you have to drill in places without holes. However, the greg color has a beautiful finish and the crib is big. The dresser fits lots of clothes and the changer is convenient being that it has a hamper as well.

Missing the pieces needed to put the dresser together. It's basically trash. Missing: 30 mm screws(10), 25mm screws(8), wooden dowels (2), plastic feet (4). Do not waste your money on this item.

I couldn't find the instructions on how to build everything. As I was building the crib I noticed a couple scratches and even a broken wood

It came with instructions that were put backwards,it had broken pieces and came with not the right parts

The delivery was excellent it was handle with care and the item arrived hours ealier than expected. Just one chipped on the changing table

The paint comes off very easily. The dresser chipped and the leg to the dresser didn't have the hole in the right place. My husband had to drill a hole and it split the wood..
