So far so good. I got this because my husband and I were having back pain on our mattress. As described 3 inch memory foam mattress topper. I left it out to expand for 48 hours before putting on our bed. Very comfortable and although we have only slept on it for a week, neither of us have had back pain in the mornings since sleeping on it. As for cooling I cant say if it has helped or not - I just have not noticed a difference there with it. Has no smell to it out of the box. I would recommend and buy again if needed.

I love this. my bed is older and wasn't comfortable anymore. putting this on my bed made me feel like I bought a brand new mattress. I don't want to leave my bed.

been having back issues figured my body was starting to shift from liking firm beds. This tooper made my bed the perfect adjustment and my back pain subsided. only had to wait 3 days for it to firm up lol

I purchased this to hide the dirty strains in mattress, but I'm really impressed with it. Size is perfect for my queen bed. It's soft and very comfortable, fabric looks nice quality. Plus extra padding gives better support than usual flat mattress covers. Recommended!

The first thing I noticed was how smooth it felt — unlike stiff plastic covers I'd tried before. It hugs the mattress nicely, and under my sheets it feels more like a thin, gentle blanket than a barrier. Nights are more comfortable now: I wake up without that clammy feeling, and the bed feels protected — without sacrificing softness.

This definitely reduced back pain I was experiencing. My only complaint was that the thickness of the pad is not consistent. I would call this a manufacturing process issue. I like the way the pad is incased in a nice covering. The pad remains cool when sleeping and is a good value. It has improved my sleep quality.

It's comfortable, but it's hot!! I hate sleeping hot. It's like laying on a heating pad. You can feel the heat circulating underneath you.

The packaging causes the item to have a huge depression running through the entire middle of the topper from top to bottom and ridges where it was folded that are thicker than the rest. Poor packaging and quality of foam are likely the culprits.

It's supposed to fit my queen size mattress but it does not, it's a little larger on both sides, so that makes it too large for my queen mattress, also when I lay down I slide to edge of mattress making me feel that I'm about to fall out of bed. Does nothing for my back which is the reason I purchased it.
