Time Owned: About 6 months Shipping: Came in two boxes about 70lbs each, arrived on time through FedEx. Set Up: Relatively easy with a partner, pay attention to the instructions. Look: As pictured, wrinkles dissipated in their own after some time. Feel: Soft cotton feel, the couch is quite comfortable albeit a bit firm. This is a really great couch for the price and will support atleast 4 average sized people, if you don’t mind getting a bit close. I find spot treatment easiest with a mini bissel, but the cushions do have a removable cover.

Perfect sofa for a college student’s apartment. Assembling the product was actually fun. Downsides: Not all of the pieces were marked. Assembly might seem confusing at first. Be sure to read all of the instructions. Sofa is comfortable, but would benefit from slightly thicker back pillows. I definitely will consider buying more products from this seller. The frame is sturdy and the parts are well made.

Overall this couch is pretty good considering the price of what I paid. The couch was definitely longer than what I expected but its perfect for a smaller apartment. It’s pretty comfy but the only reason why I took a star off is because of the bottom/back cushions. For some reason the bottom cushion is always sliding off of the couch and it cause the back part to fall and not stay up. It’s not something I am worried about just thought I would share the experience that im having with it. Overall the couch is pretty and comfortable. We had three people putting it together (did not need 3 people), but it took us like 30-45 mins max. I will say, the boxes came in like a week early and there were 3 huge boxes sitting outside my door. Luckily the boxes were really beat up but there was some small threading coming off of one of the back pieces of the couch. Also, the couch cushions fluffed out pretty quickly and are now normal without any wrinkles since purchase. Overall a good purchase!

I purchased this sofa in late July, so it hasn't been 3 months and it is distorted, the cushion is not good quality and the lining under the sofa is hanging on one side. I live alone, and I have no pets, so it should not be in the shape that it's in. In the picture, you can see that there's a dent in the cushion that I can't reshape. I would like

this sofa might be a wonderful piece of furniture if i had received an entire sofa. I received maybe half or less than half of the sofa that i have already paid for. Walmart has given me no messages as to where the other half is or even if it is coming . So be aware when ordering big items .

I ordered and had the couch sent to my sister. Ordered the dark grey, and she received the left half of the couch in beige and the right half in dark grey? Have made contact with the seller, and waiting to receive a reply as to when they can send the left half of the couch in the dark grey so that the couch will be all one color. But it is a very nice looking couch, and she said easy to put together. Will not let me download the photos of the miss/matched couch

Listed as cyber deal MSRP $1399 this isn't worth even $250, cushions after a full week were horribly distressed and look like they have been sat on for 5yrs. Good dorm type cheap option but no way close to anywhere even decent for an actual home. Trying to return seller has only offered a 50% refund which says yep, bad choice in buying, I got your $ and keeping 1/2 is better than nothing for this junk, I still win. U still lose as you bought and thought a good deal. My dog deserves a better sofa than this junk. Buyer beware!

I bought this couch thinking the price was really good with the sale but I should've trusted my guts. When it arrived I was able to build it pretty easily but when actually feeling it while sitting down the quality of it was really low. It was so weak and felt like it was going to fall apart with just 2 adults sitting on it. I would NOT recommend anyone to buy this couch. The return/customer service was horrible as well. I tried emailing about returning it but they are making me put everything back into the original box which was impossible without power machine tools AND I have to pay my own shipping. Costing so much more to even try to return. Will never be buying any furniture from Walmart ever again.

I would never purchase from this vendor again. They have a 30-day return policy, but refused to honor it. They wouldn't end send me a return label. Eventually, they ghosted me so Wal Mart issued me a full refund which I'm thankful for. Now I just have to figure out how to get rid of a couch I don't want.
