Even though FedEx caused major problems, this company went above and beyond to fix the issue. I highly recommend them and their product! The color blue is perfect and very comfortable to sit or nap on 😊!

If you are looking for a quality couch on a budget, this is a good couch. I'm 74 inches tall and 210 pounds. This couch is supportive and not too small. It hasn't decompressed yet, but it is already comfortable. The only issue I have with it is that the parts list doesn't accurately line up with what comes in the kit. Also, the instructions explained to use the incorrect bolts for certain steps. Everything I needed to complete the couch was accounted for, though, so it didn't matter that much. Take your time and you will be fine. It is easy to figure it out.

This couch does work for my living room in a one bedroom apt. But it doesn't sit quite tall enough for my bad knees. It was a reasonable purchase.

The sofa is a perfect size for a small apartment

The box came absolutely destroyed. Parts of the pieces/fabric were exposed. I was sure it was going to be damaged. Luckily there was nothing significant. None of the cushions are marked on their packages. It just has a label that talks about the 72 hours needed to "recover" (puff up, after removing from vaccum seal) on every one. Not all the bags of bolts are labeled, either. None of this is hard to figure out, but why offer a diagram / instructions with those details, if you're going to have to spend a lot of time deciphering it. There's a gap in the front and back where the two sections of couch joined together I'll have to see if somehow I can push them closer but otherwise you can see the screw that goes through the foot in the center. All that being said it's pretty much worth every bit of it's $199 and will serve its purpose as a temporary apartment couch.
