SOULART 110" Cloud Sofa, Gray U shaped Sectional couches for living room, modular couch with Chaise

So the couch sits very very low like to the point you would probably wanna buy legs or like myself build a platform for it. However it's big and comfortable. The back seat rest I feel is cheaply done. One of the cushions did not fit so it threw it all off and one side is raised from where the cushion did not fit and is resting on part of the other cushion. It was horrible to put together directions were clear it just took all day literally and I was beat. However it's a decent couch my only complaint is the back seat rest and how low it sits to the ground. Other than that a good couch.

it looks good in the picture's the cushions feel like they're still in the vacuumed sealed bag.When you sit in it(should I say sguat on it)it's not comfortable. Sitting up right is a challenge the seat depth is a bit big.If you lean back you're laying down the pillows are just material with minimal stuffing

The couch was very hard to put together. The instructions were not clear or easy to follow. Once it was finally put together it was super small. The pillows were too big and barely fit on the couch. Worst purchase I've ever made. I'm very disappointed!

I've been back and forth with this company for nearly a month. The package arrived torn, the fabric dirty with rips, animal hair on fabric and spiders where coming out of the box. I presented pictures for them to issue a full return including shipping costs, they have refused. They have made up excuse after excuse on why. Everything stated above aside, the couch is completely false advertising, not at all how it appears. Do not purchase from this company. You will not be satisfied with their products anymore than there inept ability to conduct good business for satisfied customers. At this time I am retaining representation to take this to court again soulair and walmart who promoted their nasty product. As well as submitting to the better business beauru. They certainly are not done with me. I would give negative stars if I could. absolutely horrible experience.

Pay real close attention to the size. This sofa sits on the ground practically. It is at best uncomfortable. I am giving it to my grandaughtet because the assembly was way to difficult to pack up and return. I bought big matching pillows that has made the back way more comfortable. The whole thing was hard to get to set right together. I took out one of the middle pieces and am using it as a separate chair. It is beautiful. It certainly is a set made for a young adult and would be great for a children's play room.

Im not Happy with this couch they tricked me . I really wish I read the review before i purchased this couch. It did much smaller in person I want my refund because the couch feels like you sitting on a cardboard box and second it look like it's a couch for children or little adult.

this is small and a waste of money and when I tried to return it I was told that I had to pay for the return paid $600 for something that my grandkids that are two to five can use just a complete waste and rip off

I am extremely disappointed in this item because it's much smaller than pictured. Also the assembly was extremely difficult. I would like to request a refund.
