This soundtrack is wonderful! It makes me feel like I'm sitting in the audience at the theatre. My husband took me to the musical for my birthday this past year, and I just recently bought the soundtrack for myself. It brings back great memories from that night. An added bonus are the interviews at the end of the cd--they're really interesting, although I've only listened to them once.

fantastic
this anniversary edition soundtrack is wonderful. It includes tracks heard in the movie, but not on the original soundtrack, which of course is a plus to any sound of music fan. The interviews are also interesting, giving added insight into the production and casting of the movie. I highly recommend this 40th anniversary edition of The Sound of Music soundtrack to fans of all ages!

Awesome CD
I love my CD!!!! As soon as I got it I opened it and started listening. I can picture the movie scenes while I am listening to the music. I love, love, love it! So do my coworkers :)
