complete kit. I just needed a little kick in my little truck. I have a single cab ranger with absolutely no space for any kind of conventional sub. This thing fits right behind the driver seat. Thinking about getting a second one because there is room for another. I upgraded my stereo and speakers and it is very loud now but with no bass, and this was just enough to even it out to make it sound right. Very pleased.
