Best natural product to treat food and environmental allergy
22 yrs ago when I wanted to get pregnant my doctor told me I would not be able to take antihistamines during the pregnancy and I was taking them daily just to survive. I did lots of research and found this product. I started taking the max dose (6pills daily). After a couple of months I noticed relief and no longer took any antihistamines. Since then I have only had to take an antihistamine 1 time in 22 yrs due to being in a house with many mothballs which I am severely allergic to and was sleeping in house for a week. All my children started taking this around age 2 due to food allergies with no problems (crushed into applesauce) Now I have a 20 yr old, 18 yr old, and 7 yr old and none of them need to take any RX antihistamines for allergies. We all take Activated Quercetine when needed. The kids only take ocas. when they have flare ups. I take it daily still to prevent post nasal drip. Some days I skip, some days I take 2-3 and on days when I feel like allergies are coming on I go back up to 6 daily. Quercetine builds up in the cells and naturally releases when needed. This product has saved my life when it comes to allergies. I use to miss 1-2 weeks of work in the spring and fall every yr due to sever allergies to the outdoors and I took RX antihistamines. Now I never miss work or need to drug myself till asleep due to allergies. I feel great. I love this product.

Help! I can't breathe well!
I was diagnosed with COPD and asthma nearly 3 years ago and was put on steroid inhalers and pills. They opened my airways but caused bad after-effects; ie, blurry vision and raspy voice. I sought out alternatives and was directed to quercetin, kyolic immune formula 103 and lots of vitamin C. It worked and is still working!

Great when capsules are in stock.
I feel the capsules are better. When I ordered recently Swanson was out of capsules so ended with tablets which for me not as responsive. Swanson was suppose to notify me when capsules are back in stock.
