Who would have thought!!
MD suggested Alpha Lipoic Acid for painful, burning night time feet. I am diabetic. This product has reduced the problem almost to zero. Now I can get to sleep without pain.

I always buy this product but it came it larger size bottles and it was 300 mg Now I can only get it in 200 mg.

Alpha and Acetyl
I take alpha lipoic acid and acetyl l-carnitine with food. It's been ok'd by my g.p., diabetis, and oncology doctors. I take them mainly for diabetis. I have no problems with these supplements. Check Webmd or Mayo clinic sights for more info.
