Very good product.In 2 weeks I saw growth of my hair and the skin of my face is not so dry as before . Sometimes I forget to take it before meal so I take during my meal. As the blood result was 68 of totat proteins I hope it will grow till 72-75.

I like these aminos. I feel better and they don't bother my sensitivities to supplements. They are a large pill, but I chew them instead of trying swallow it whole. They are relativly soft being free form so they are easy to chew. They don't taste very good due to the B vitamin that is added. This product never used to have Vitamin C or B, just aminos. Don't know why they added them unless they help absorption?
