We take BioPerine about 30 minutes before taking turmeric and other supplements. It really seems to help absorption of the turmeric. This bottle contained nice small tablets, much easier to swallow than the larger capsule of some other brands.

I take Bioperine every morning when I take curcumin, my usual brand was out of stock so I bought this one, I am happy with this product and will keep on buying it.

As a retired Pharmacist, I know that Tumeric, in order to be absorbed by the body, needs Black Pepper Extract in order to allow absorption. This Bioprene, when taken correctly, actually enhances the absorbtion of the Tumeric by 2,000%. Generally Tumeric, by itself, is not absorbed very well.

Bio Perine was suggested on 2 of the supplements that I use to help in the absorbtion of the nutrients by the body. This is why I am using this product. I really have no way of knowing how this is working inside me, but do believe that it is doing what all the information I have read about it says it is to do.

I purchased this product because I read from another source, black pepper extract helps Turmeric work better.
