Source Naturals Bromelain for better digestion.
I take 1 capsule of Source Naturals Bromelain 3X per day with meals for extra enzyme activity for better digestion. It is affordable too.

I take one tablet first thing in the morning before eating breakfast. It eases sore muscles. I go to CrossFit five days a week.

Fantastic for inflammation! Better than eating pineapple!
Depending on what type of inflammation you have, this product really works! I really love this stuff and swear by it. A bit spendy, but it's definitely something that I feel that works, is safe, is much better for your health than pharmacutical medications, and I highly recommend it! This in fact is more helpful than eating a ton of pineapple, just because you'd have to eat pineapple like crazy til you actually got the effects of bromelain

Couldn't tolerate Bromelain
My dermatologist recommended that I take Bromelain twice a day for a week ahead of getting some facial fillers. Unfortunately, I couldn't tolerate it. After two days, I had severe diarrhea and a headache.
