Started off with 100 mg daily, after 1 month needed to increase to 200mg daily. Felt much better with in one week of starting Dim. much better mood, skin and hair felt a lot less dry, sleeping improved a little bit and no hot flashes at all since the first week.

This calms my skin and prevents acne within 2-3 days. Works better then zinc, alani nu, and anything I have tried, Ill always have this in my medicine cabinet, once I drink this for a week or so I don't have to take it for awhile, its calms my hormones really well, especially the hormonal acne and under the jaw. I would highly recommend this to people with acne. Also noticed that I don't get any breakouts during monthly thing, no zits on my chin.

I purchased 4 bottles of Source Naturals DIM after seeing a reference to DIM being beneficial for stabilizing estrogen levels in men. The label recommended usage is 1 to 4 tablets per day with meals. I initially took 2 tablets with dinner. Within an hour I was not feeling quite right with symptoms similar to a time I took 6 tablets of Tylenol within about 4 hours. A mild sickness or general feeling of malaise. This was after feeling normal and perfectly fine beforehand. The DIM was the only new supplement I took that day and my diet was routine. I repeated the experiment two days later after recovering but only took one pill. I noticed no ill effects so the next meal I again took 2 tablets. Once again I got the feeling of being ill and have not taken any more pills since. I would recommend that anyone trying this supplement buy only one bottle and start with only a one pill dosage.

There has been a formulation change and the smell/taste from these are intolerable. Do not purchase this brand and you will save yourself from the mistake I made.
