Good support for my fibromyalgia. I only take two a day currently not the three that is the suggested dose. I take so many medications that Im working up to the full dose.

I use at three tablets a day with a 20 oz bottle of water. This along with an Omega 3 and stretching exercises helps control my Fibromyalgia pain. I would recommend the product to anyone as I depend on it. I have used it regularly for over a year and have not had any bad reactions from it.

caplets way to big grrrr i have to cut them in half and when you have to take 3 of the a day thats :( i can usually take "horse sized pills" but these are just yuck. the manufacturer needs to reevaluate this product for convenience and usability love swanson just not this product
