Affordable source of hydroxocobalamin
It is difficult to find hydroxocobalamin vitamins that are reasonably priced. (Hydroxocobalmin is more bio-available than the other kind of B-12 vitamins.) Source Naturals is one of the very few hydroxocobalamin vitamins that is affordable. The taste is mild, not overpowering. The only challenge is to remember to take it not the same time as my other supplements (with a meal) but to take it separately and have it dissolve in my mouth.

I don't really like the fact that it's flavored or that it's a tablet because it means it's got a bunch of additives I rather it be a capsule like with every other B12
