Controls my Fibromyalgia
I have been using Acetyl L Carnitine since the 90s and it has kept my Fibromyalgia under control. I found out just how bad my Fibro was when I was taken off all supplements for knee replacement. This works best at two or three per day, spaced out, and when the Fibro is caught early.

I searched for an Acetyl L-Carnitine that was not a capsule and I have been happy with this. Pill is on the large size but is easy to swallow.
