Vitamin B6 is widely found our foods and diet. However, it is a water soluble Vitamin which,in in other words, mean that B6 can easily be lost during boiling and cooking.

I just started taking this so it will take a while to determine its effectiveness. I do like Source naturals products.

This coenzymated B6 (P-5-P) works well — I noticed improved mood, calmer nerves, and better sleep quality within the first week. The active form is definitely more bioavailable, which makes this supplement very effective. However, the 100 mg dose is quite high, and I personally had to reduce the frequency to avoid mild overstimulation. The quality from Source Naturals is great, and the tablets are small and easy to take. One star off only because a lower dose option would be nice for sensitive users. Still, a solid product if you need potent B6 support.

Vitamin b6 is essential for the body's nervous system and mitochondria. The coenzymated version is more easily absorbed. This is a good quality product and I have felt a difference when taking it. Don't take too much as excessive b6 is toxic for the brain.

I'm trying this vitamin B6 very specifically for supplementing my diet and lifestyle to balance what I suspect are my imbalanced hormones during my menstrual cycle. And also the active form of B6 (coenzymated) as I researched it's absorbed most efficiently. It's only been the one monthly cycle (I started about a week before my menstruation). During that time, I did notice I felt a bit more energy and not so 'gripped' with anxiety and moodiness. As I say, even though it's only been one cycle of experience, I believe I will feel the balancing effects even more so before my next menstruation. And I will be ordering another bottle or two!

Coenzymated™ B-6 is a quality Pyridoxal-5'-Phosphate (PLP or P-5'-P), the main metabolically active coenzyme form of vitamin B-6. This is a far superior form of B6 as it is bioavailable and has a high potency there is no taste off it. Easy to swallow. It is excellent for nervous system health. B6 has an antidepressant effect and increases our energy. I take it for healthy mood and energy effects. This is my favourite P5P B6

This is an active, well absorbed form of B6- find it useful as a supplement for relaxation and nausea. DO NOT take long term, have a break, do not take in very high doses (100mg daily is enough) - there is a risk of peripheral neuropathy with excessive doses, i.e. pins and needles, tingling in extremities (MD reviewer)

This is meant to be a good type of b vitamin but I still had side effects so try to just eat b vitamins in real food instead
