Is a very important amino acid. I take it as part of my thyroid protocol , it's been a part of my diet for a few years. It increased my energy levels among other health benefits I've noticed. It really does what it is intended for. I wouldn't say the powder has any taste at all. Would definitely repurchase this brand.

L-tyrosine really helps me get through the day when I have not had enough sleep. Coffee might give you the initial jolt, but tyrosine will get you through the day. The powder is easy to take and tasteless, and much cheaper than pill form. Source Naturals is known for quality ingredients and I have found their tyrosine to be excellent.

This is a miracle supplement! I take it in the mornings, and it feels like it really amplifies the positive effects of coffee. I feel clear-headed and am able to focus much easier without getting anxious or jittery. I've only had issues with falling asleep if I take it too late in the day, but taking it before noon make for a great day of getting work done and energy to do stuff after. My mood is also better, and my social anxiety feels more under-control. I will buy this supplement again.

I trust the quality of this brand and the ingredients they use. This product benefits me the way it's supposed to, it does the job! It gives more energy, has no taste whatsoever. The package could be way smaller, no need to to use so much plastic for this amount of product.

I took for the thyroid gland and adrenal glands. I chose the powder form, because. it is more profitable and more convenient to receive. The capsule must be opened, and then immediately from a spoon under the tongue. By the way, my dosage is 1/3 teaspoon. Excellent in combination with iodine and selenium reduces TSH. It also helps the adrenal glands. I highly recommend. Great shape.

Pure powder, no fillers- love it! 1/4 tsp is 660 mg, it's big saving. I give it to my mom mornings in a glass of water. It doesn't dissolve completely but has no taste. It is easy to choose needed dosage especially if you know how to perform muscle testing. Tyrosine is amino acid needed by thyroid to produce hormones.Like it if it's helpful,please

worked well for all that tyrosin can help with, however, it also gave me very serious side effects. I gave it five stars as there is no problem with this specific product and it delivers what it promises. just be aware that certain amino acids are strong, even in small dosages, and can affect the brain in unexpected ways.

Really like it. Dissolves quite easily and it's very concentrated. Much better than other brands I've taken which just clump up.

Unfortunately, I couldn't collect this powder, so I can't report on its effect either. Since then I have been taking it in capsule form and it has worked. For those who like powders, this can be excellent.

Average formula, I do not see any improvements yet in my dopamine levels (this is precursor). I am waiting to see if an increased dosage will help. Will keep you posted. I hope this is still a bit useful for you (this is not a product for a quick fix).
