Have used Life Force Multiples for years, and though I'm not Vegan, recently switched to the Vegan multiple as it doesn't contain tyrosine like the other formulas. Two tabs each morning provides a good balance of essential vitamins and minerals for the day.

I purchased this for my mom, who lacks vitamin B resulting in mouth sores and cracks. I have purchased previous brands of multi vitamins for her such as centrum. But it's completely useless, the problems persisted. However upon taking the Source Naturals, her problems dissapeared in a few days. It could mean that the absorption is better and the stated vitamins are truly in the tablets. Her only complaint was that the tablets was too huge. Hard time swallowing it down, so she has to bite it into smaller pieces. But I worry about the effectiveness if the tablets are broken down into pieces, since the tablet is designed to be released in a number of order.
