Source Naturals L-Proline/L-Lysine 550 mg 120 Tablet

I am giving this product to my husband to keep him in good shape. Although the amount of lysine and proline in 4 tablets is only a gram each, not as much as recommended for optimum results, the tablets combine several other heart-healthy substances, like vitamin C and hawthorn extract. It seems to be working: my husband feels good, his color is good, and I don't have (much) of a problem getting him to swallow 2 tablets at breakfast, and 2 at supper. If I had to give him all these things separately I might have an insurrection on my hands. I think this is a good product, and I will continue buying it for him.

Hard to tell the health benefit but I trust that there is one. But the pill itself, although housed in a plastic case, in a dry spot that is not the bathroom, absolutely falls apart from taking on moisture. It seems like you've got a thin coating on it to retard that effect, but it's too thin. Work on a film that works better! TY

Tablets are too large, rough, and angular to be swallowed without a great amount of liquid, and sometimes still do not go down. If they sit on your tongue for a moment, they tend to stick to it.
