Effective Multiple
I like this Multiple Vitamin formula because it is broad spectrum and includes a lot of ingredients that I feel some other multiples don't offer. It is also available in capsules or tablets for personal preference. I am very satisfied with this product and with the price Swanson offers it for. Good value for the money from a trusted company.

Worth the money.
The only multiple that actually improves the way I feel. I have more energy and stamina on these. If I don't take them after several days I can tell the difference.
