Love these vitamins without iron. I take them daily as prevention and the quality ingredients meet my daily needs. I don't have iron deficiency so these are perfect for me. The package was great and the bottle was a nice size. The taste is not too bad for the benefits you get from this great product!

It is important to study the label of a multivitamin. Over the years, I switched brands upon discovering some of the items may not be safe for us to consume in the long term. Do your due diligence and read reviews by medical professionals. For example, a recent meta-study in Nov 2013 revealed the dangers of high Vitamin A & beta-carotene. Although this brand has a whopping 250% RDI of Vitamin A, I take only 1 tablet daily (dose of 2 tablets on the label) which is good enough to supplement my daily needs. Another toxic item to watch for are the minerals. Copper may come in many forms & copper sulfate, found in many multivitamins, is considered toxic because it is used as a pesticide! There are other forms like copper sebecate used in this brand which is good. I also look out for manganese sulfate and zinc sulfate but these are not so critical. Natural and quality ingredients! Sometimes our diets are not balanced enough. I really enjoyed these supplements. It has made me feel and sleep better in about 1 week. I know you don't normally see results that fast, but I believe I was in need of some stress, wellness,and immunity help. I have always had trouble sleeping and turning off my mind. I would take life-force twice a day, on my good days. As expected with supplements, there is that odd smell. The timing with this voxbox was perfect. Lifeforce-skin,hair, eyes, brain, energy, antioxidants..has the major vitamins (a-z) selenium, copper, coq10, green tea, ginko, ginseng,DMEA, grape seed, and literally every other extract/herb out there.

These vitamins are fantastic! I've taken them for decades. They give you energy and all the vitamins you could need. The pills are large and have an earthy smell, but definitely worth it. If I don't take them for a few days I notice a huge difference in how I feel. These are essential for me!

This MVI contains so many things. You need to check out the ingredients. Life Force is a quality MVI and I have found nothing better. The size is large. I prefer the capsules but my husband prefers these. This is the only MVI we have used for years.

I've been taking Life Force No Iron for years, and I am very happy about the energy I always have especially because I have a very active sports life. I think that the ingredients in this multi are really super because they really contain not only vitamins but minerals and many more healthful ingredients and herbs. The quality of this vitamin is really high, otherwise, it wouldn't have lasted on the market for all of these years. I feel that this vitamin is really potent, and I will continue taking them as long as they are put on the market!

This multi vitamin is very unique because it includes vitamin B like vitamin B complex sold by other popular products. Also in addition to basic vitamin A, B, C, D3, E, it contains so many other good stuffs, such as lipoic acid. Not just containing lipoic acid but it contains both types: alpha lipoic acid and R lipoic acid. The pill is extremely stink, but because of this unique good quality, I will keep buying this.

I've used this Multiple for 16 years and was glad to find it after taking several deficit brands for many years. This formula has all the letter vits., all the minerals with strong bonding agents for absorption, lots of herbs, botanicals,amino acids, ALA, turmeric, resveratrol, ginseng and more. You only take two large hard pills daily, always after food to maximize absorption. I buy the 180 tabs, good for 90 days and save some $. The cost I believe, although not inexpensive, is worth it and I always purchase when I can get at least a 15-20% + discount.

I just received my bottle of 180 pills and to my surprise the source of B12 is not methylcobalamin as informed at iHerb and at the manufacturer website, but the worst form cyanocobalamin. Too bad Source Naturals... from a very good Multi you just entered the average list.

These tablets are impossible to swallow. I have tried breaking them up but they are so rough that they get stuck in my throat. They were not like this last year when I bought them - they went down easily. The shape and texture is changed from last year. I have been taking them in the wintertime for some years and never had this problem. Why are they so different now? I will have to throw them away and buy another brand.
