I have used this productc for years in relation to prostate health. But it is usually noted as a cholesterol moderator. In both uses, I have found the product to be a great benefit and value.

Sounds good
What I've read about it says it may be beneficial for the prostate and should help lower triglyceride levels. I'm not positive it does that, but it's safe and might work.

hard to swallow
this "horse" pill is hard to swallow. its a tablet and its very difficult to get down. its double strength but i would like to order the smaller size but they are out.
