Take it twice daily

healthy2wise January 27, 2014

I have difficulty swallowing some pills but these have a coating so I don't have a problem (have a bend in my esophagus). My blood work shows that it's helping me along with my vegetarian diet.

Niacin

0120kali April 10, 2013

I like this product. It definitely is a "No-Flush" niacin just as described.

Effective for reducing cholesterol

Art Ery August 24, 2011

Effective as a substitute for regular Niacin in improving cholesterol ratio (taking 3000 mg/day dropped my total cholesterol by ~30 points). I was unable to take that much regular Niacin due the flushing effect, but this product truly is no-flush. I also like that they are tablets, not capsules. I find the capsules float and are more difficult to swallow, or sometimes stick to the inside of the esophagus and cause burping up powder once the capsule has dissolved. Only downside is that it is much more expensive than regular Niacin, and not available in a larger (more economical) size.
