This prodoct was recommended by a professional. I use it in my fitness & diet plan as part of my semi-professional national sport competion and overall health. I feel it works very well in comparison to other types of antioxidants I've used. I feel pretty good inside a couple hours after use.

This product includes many desirable nutrients and allows for saving shelf space when taken every day.

I'm not sure how long I would have to take this, but after only 30 days I saw no improvements

I have tested this pill which is quite hard and found that it does not readily dissolve in water. I assume that is also true about its action or lack of it inside the gut. I therefore assume I am not getting the full benefit of the product.
