Was on the market for antioxidants because they instantly uplift my mood and body feels energetic. i was taking Solgar Advanced antioxidants but decided to try something without the fat soluble vitamins because i already have a multivitamin. I was hoping to take this to help with skin conditions because I read about the benefits of pycnogenol. I took the whole container but did not notice any difference. I knew it was a long shot, but thought I might notice at least mild improvement. I also found the large tablets to not be the easiest to take. I did like that there were a lot of good ingredients in one supplement, but I don't know that I would buy again.
