Very effective for relaxing. They have a pleasant taste. They are a little more pricey than some of the Gaba products, but worth it to me.

great flavor, goes down easy. I have been sleeping better. Not sure if it's all the gaba but it certainly hasn't hurt

A quality product...the only drawback is that the tablet takes awhile to dissolve under the tongue. I sometimes just swallow it with water.

These tablets are supposed to be sublingual (dissolving under the tongue). I found them to be rather bulky and they really don't dissolve at all. I had to chew them first and then let the "crumbs" sit under my tongue awhile before swallowing the whole mess. I really didn't see any results with these tablets, even taking 3 at a time. I'm not sure if that's because they didn't dissolve the right way and just went straight to my stomach or because it's such a low dose at 125mg per tablet. I've heard good things about Gaba so I've put in an order for Swanson's 750mg capsules and I'm hoping to have a better experience with those! It's extremely rare that I leave a bad review on a product, so all-in-all I'm still very happy with the vast majority of my purchased supplements.
