However, it also tells me that these two H A. products are comparable in quality and efficacy. I prefer these two H A. products to Swanson's brand. I take lots and lots of Swanson brand supplements, so for the most part, I like and approve of Swanson brand products. If one is looking for an effective Hyaluronic Acid Supplement, I believe this Source Naturals product will be fine as long as two tablets are taken to yield the same 100 mg. that one gets from the NOW brand's Hyaluronic Acid Double Strength 100 mg. capsule. Naturally, a person can take whatever dosage works for them; with me, it's 100 mg. once or twice daily depending on my activities.
