I wont be without this product!
I use this product daily. It aids in stress and helps me feel more balanced. It does not make me feel tired or sleepy...but, I do feel more relaxed. The theanine truly helps with heart palpitations due to things like thyroid issues and extreme stress. I love this product and won't be without it!!

This is a great combo of usually expensive ingredients, put together in a convenient pill. The synergy of these ingredients is evident after the first use.

I love this product! I recommend this product to anybody who deals with getting restful sleep at night due to anxiety. Ive been taking this product for a couple months now and have had great results.

Why sorbitol?
outer seal is wasteful, un necessary entire bottle! Why sorbitol? I hope the product is good otherwise.

Rather Good
This worked well for sleep much of the time without being too strong or causing any grogginess or morning "hangover". L theanine itself is usually quite effective, especially for counteracting the effects of caffeine.

No Benefit Whatsoever
I have chronic, hard-core insomnia. This product did nothing to alleviate it. It may work for someone whose insomnia is less severe but for me it did nothing.
