I started taking this supplement (but in tablet form) a year and an half ago to see if it helped with my sleep patterns. It absolutely did! When I ran out most recently I waited 2 weeks to reorder (holiday expenses) and the change I noticed was remarkable. My only complaint is that the capsules require you to take 3, whereas the tablets are only 1.

The dosage is sometimes a challenge but it seems to work well as my mag levels are always good. It will help regulate your bowels so don't take too many.
