Need some k2 that doesn't make you sick if you're super sensitive, then I recommend this, and I'm allergic to everything.

Good form of K-2
One thing I have noticed about Source Naturals tablets is they seem to have more additives than products that are softgels. Jarrow and Swanson are sgels have fewer extras so I prefer them. I have ordered this product in the past and cannot say I really noticed much if any change. When calcium is put where it belongs I probably cannot tell it is happening. Maybe that is good and means I was not that far off at all.

Large pill size
This K-2 is mixed with calcium so it is a large tablet. It seemed more cost effective that Swanson's K-2, but due to the pill size, I'm going back to Swanson's brand.
