exactly what I needed, and more
This set is great. The banneton is exactly what I needed. The dough whisk, lame, and scrapers were a will appreciated bonus.

Still need starter
When I ordered this i was looking for sourdough starter for starter, so was expecting to get sourdough starter. Really didn't need the tools or basket, which is a little small.

The picture of the razor is a readable metal one, it comes with a plastic one that you can't change the blade of. Also everything that looks wooden (handle of the whisk and bowl) are both plastic. Not bad just not what I thought.

"Everything you need to bake bread at home" except how to make a sourdough starter... the first step. Everything is cheap plastic and the recipe book is a joke. Skip this product.
