The parts were precision cut and fit together really well. I like the versatility of this desk for my papercrafting projects. I did not realize that the drawers on the left side have a lot of empty wasted space behind them. Would be nice if they were a little deeper. I assume they were designed that way so they would not get over-weighted and stress the drawer slides.

Assembly instructions were straightforward, and it took me about 3 hours to put together. It is a big piece of furniture, and it is good enough quality. It is in my spare room, so when I'm not using it for a sewing table I will put a flat screen tv on it. It is a pretty piece and I'm glad I bought it. One thing that does bug me: the drawers do not span the width of the table, so it is a waste of space.

Put this table together in 2.5 hours, was easy to follow step by step instructions. It not being real wood, is still a nice table. The drawers are a good size, the slide-out sewing machine portion is a bit to small to hold my machine, so I use it for other stuff. Fits magazine holders though. Anyway really glad I bought it.

Works exactly how I envisioned. Took slightly longer to put together than estimated but still happy with outcome.

Arrived sooner than expected but with some damage in shipping but called the manufacturer customer service and they said they would send new parts to replace. Great customer service and I hope the new parts come soon.

It's a bear to put together. I consider myself pretty good at assembling flat pack furniture, but the instructions are terrible. The hardware is poorly labeled and organized, the instructions are disjointed and they have you doing steps A, B, F, and J, only to do steps C, D, E, etc. five pages later. Also, in several places, the instructions are unclear. It took me the better part of 3-4 hours to put together.

I am very happy with this purchase. We had a damages piece when it arrived but a quick call to the customer assistance rectified the problem. A new part was shipped immediately, no questions asked and received three days loathe in perfect condition.

This desk has just the right amount of drawers in the right configuration for a crafter like me! It was easy to assemble, and I did it by myself in about 2 hours. The only downside is that it's HUGE!

I always hesitate ordering furniture online, but I can't seem to find what I'm looking for in the stores. Exactly what I worry about happening happened on both of my purchases. They were both damaged when I received them. Not enough that I would ever pack them back up and return them, which is probably what the company counts on. I try to be resourceful and creative to cover up the noticeable dents. This time I used colorful designer duct tape to cover the edges. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchases.

It is nice for the price and since it is for our 9yo daughter it will probably get beat up anyway. This is probably a good thing since one of the front facing pieces did come damaged but not enough to bother returning it given its size and weight.
