South Shore Spark 4-Drawer Storage Bed, Full, Pure White, Without Bookcase Headboard - Laminated Particle Board

It's made out of cheap particle board! The photo on line shows the bed with a nice head board, but you have to buy the head board separate. The box it comes in even says full size bed & headboard, but their is NO head board. The photo online in very deceiving! This bed is good for a child or teen, but not an adult!

Arrived with one of the small middle pieces broken. Was going to order a replacement until I called and they told me it would be 15+ days to receive it. So I built it without one of those, and it's still just as sturdy. My daughter likes having the larger opening anyhow. One of the decorative edge pieces' screws were too short to attach it to the headboard, so we did without that too. Hardware that attaches to the bed frame was too small and flimsy to attach to my existing frame, so we just wedged the headboard between the wall and bed frame, and it works just fine. Not a perfect piece, but it does the trick in my 10yr old's room.

Easy in pit together but some of the hole weren't there or were stripped out. Cant use the front decorative pc because of that so we left it off (excuse the mess but see photo for comp)

I was in love with this bed since it saved me a lot of space. It was very hard to assemble also but when I didn't see the headboard I thought it was coming in a different package but it's been a week and the headboard haven't arrive. I contacted the help center but they said I need to return the item for a full refund and they can't just send me the headboard. The bed took me 3-4 hours to assemble and mind you I'm only 17. It is so frustrating!!

It comes in two boxes one is super long and hard to maneuver so use a second person or a dolly. I put the bookcase part together by myself and that was simple enough though a piece was cracked. When my husband got home he helped me build the main bed part. The slat above the drawers was cracked heavily as well as 3/6 pieces to build the drawers. If I didn't need it and it wasn���t so heavy I would have sent it back. For the price I paid to have that many broken/damaged pieces is ridiculous. The box wasn't damaged either so no indications have that many messed up pieces.

Headboard arrived with Multiple broken pieces. Pieces that Could not have been broken during shipment. I contacted company that made it in hopes of getting a replacement. All I received was an email asking for photographs. and a reply thanking me for the photographs. Nothing after.

Bed received broken in half couldn't even have it replaced because it was over 70 pounds, but the can have someone pick up for return and then I would need to reorder which means I would've had to pay more then I originally purchased for … child only wanted Santa to bring her a bed for Christmas and she couldn't even have it! Disappointing

I received the package with holes and practically open. some parts were closed with scotch in an improvised way, when I opened, the largest boards were broken in half

Description was very discouraging. It didn't have a bookcase headboard as described. Also there was a couple of cracks in the longest board probably from rough handling in shipping.

Very cheap. Broken/damaged piece. I'm very disappointed in the little low quality. A part of the bed frames is damaged and cracked and snapped right off. Very upsetting
