took long to put together the instructions were confusing but manage to get the bed together my daughter loves it

Bed arrived pretty much unscathed even though the box it was in was pretty beat up! Very heavy!!!!!! Husband put it together and amazingly all the parts were there! Usually we are not that lucky! Beautiful bed and looks lovely in the extra bedroom.

The instructions with this bed is crap!! Could have been a lot easier to put together with better instructions. None of the hardware (screws,bolts,connectors,etc.) was marked, they was all in a plastic bag together and had to refer to the horrible instructions for the picture of them and hope you have the right item! Bed is very pretty put together just needs better packaging and instructions!

I am happy with the bed. The quality is great. I am an adult, so needed a sturdy bed, not designed for kids. The directions were complicated for me, but got it assembled with only on backwards piece. I am very disappointed that two of the wood screws came out the front of the headboard. In all, I attribute some of that to my operator error, but the wood screw into the headboard was bad design. Would buy again.

Well made product, we had a problem matching up a couple of the holes but we made our own and it didnt effect the product. It fits really well in my 4 year old bedroom & is exaclty what I wanted!

Beautiful bed ! After taking every piece out of the boxes and arranging them I realized that they sent me two head boards as opposed to one foot and one head board!!!! I had to flip one inside out. Putting the unfinished side with the holes on the outside. I was furious! my brother had to create new holes . I had destroyed the boxes and could not ship it back!!! The boxes weigh a ton and it would cost me more trouble to arrange for a pick up etc! To top it off the screws for bottom drawers were incomplete. Had to run to the hardware store to get more screws! I will never purchase from this seller again!

No manual, no screws, nothing to put it together, no drawers for the bed, no knobs! What in the world?!??

I can not beleive i paid this much for somthing that is just junk! When we got it, it came cracked we got it together. We moved it one time it BROKE!! Over $300 down the drain AGAIN..i hope no one buys this because it is not worth it. The drawers fell apart the frame its self cracked and broke, when taking apart a small part just completely broke off.

Bed did not last long. Storage drawers started to fall apart and other pieces are falling apart as well. Cute in the beginning but after 2 years it's no good.
