Southern Comfort Vanilla Spice Flavored Eggnog, 32 oz

We have tried several different brands of eggnog over the years and there is really no comparison to this brand and flavor. -The cartons have always been in perfect shape with no denting, torn, worn or faded like other we have had with some other cardboard drink containers. -The taste is always fresh. With just the right amount of seasoning. Not too much or too little like others. -The consistency is creamy and smooth. It is a bit sad that it is only seasonal.

My family and I wait for this every single year around Thanksgiving/Christmas. We can't get enough of this particular flavor and brand of eggnog. We have tried others when this one is out of stock but nothing compares to this one. This past season when it was out we made chai eggnog latte's with it. OMG, it was absolutely delicious. My only complaint is that Southern Comfort doesn't sell this year round.

I have tried other brands of Eggnog cuz it always looks good to me…But then I taste it and I don't like it. My granddaughter says the same thing about Eggnog…She told me to try Southern Comfort Eggnog at Walmart during Christmas time…Sooo I ordered one carton of the Eggnog to share at my family's Christmas gathering and everyone loved it. My daughter didn't have to make homemade Eggnog at Christmas cuz she always bakes and cooks sooo much and this gave her a little break…That's my story and I'm sticking to it! Everything is true here! Year after year, I look for Southern Comfort eggnog from October until it sells out at the end of Dec or beginning of Jan if I'm lucky! This eggnog is unmatched. The rich, thick consistency of it, the spices you can taste in every sip, the flavor, and that goes for either of the SoCo eggnogs. The vanilla spice one is my favorite because it just gives you that extra flare of holiday spice. It really makes it feel like Christmas time. I could never get enough of this. It's a 10 out of 10 every single time.

My only complaint about this is that it is seasonal. My husband and I look forward to christmas every year, specifically, because we know that this eggnog is going to be out and we stock up! I really do not like the taste of regular eggnog, but the vanilla makes it tastes like melted ice cream (but better) that is literally just heaven! I am already looking forward to christmas this year because of this eggnog!

I was hesitant to try this variation, but it was the only thing in stock on the day I got it. I'm so glad I did, because it's my new preferred variation. This brand knows how to do it, the vanilla and spices are perfect, not overdone like I expected.

We usually purchase plain eggnog. Due to the holidays and forgetting to purchase the eggnog earlier, it was out of stock, when we shopped. We did purchase the vanilla spice flavor and found it to be quite good. Thick, creamy and spiced just right with the vanilla flavor distinct. We will definitely buy it again when eggnog is once again available, along with plain eggnog. Cannot have too much eggnog!! It is all good!

This eggnog is just right, right out of the carton. It has a wonderful blend of spices with a primary vanilla flavor, closer to vanilla bean, french vanilla, or custard/flan. Perfect as it is no nèed to add alcohol, but may aslo be good with a small amout of alcohol added.

Not as good as the traditional flavor, if you're looking for egg nog. This tastes more like a vanilla milkshake. The spices are way more mild, you really just taste vanilla and milk. If that's what you want, then sure, yet this. Otherwise, stick to traditional.

We love eggnog season!!! We love EGGNOG latte! We're always willing to try a new brand. We bought two different Southern Comfort eggnogs and they are both terrible. It was expensive and had little flavor. The vanilla spice eggnog was better WITH rum but what isn't better w Rum. :-) Waste of money and calories. Our favorite is Dairygold as pictured if you're on the west side or Hood on the East Coast .
