Disappointing!
I have ordered many Southern Living plants from Walmart.com, and all, except this, arrived healthy. When I unpacked the box, a lot of loose soil came out! Usually, a plant will have its pot covered with plastic, contain moist soil, and arrive with healthy foliage. This arrived with about .25-.33% of its soil out of the can and inside the box. The soil was not watered prior to shipping, and the leaves were dried/damaged. And to boot, there was a giant weed growing near the trunk. One would assume that the shipper would at minimum pull the weed out prior to sending out. When I spoke with customer service, they did not offer a satisfactory resolution, just an additional 20% off was the “best” they can do. Disappointing experience!
