Southern Living Little Miss Figgy Dwarf Fig Live Shrub in 2-Gallon Grower Pot

The plant arrived early and packed extremely well. The plant looks healthy and has quite a few buds. I am so excited to get this plant it went out of stock before I decided to purchase last year. I have it in a sunroom right now where its getting plenty of sunshine I'll take it outside in the spring and I'll update how "miss figgy" is doing

These are a winner. At thirteen bucks, you can’t beat this. I ordered 3 more. The root ball is thick and well established. Honestly these need to be transplanted because it has outgrown the pot. I’m very happy with this. I know that I will get fruit this coming summer. I will transplant them after fall dormancy to ensure that.

SO, I got my sweet Little Miss Figgy tree, and I love her already! I just know she is going to do herself proud when fig-making time comes around! Tomorrow she gets planted in her permanent garden plot, with all the love and nutrients I can provide for her! GO, Miss Figgy!!

Beware of the photo. I really wanted a Mss Figgy but couldn't afford the $80 price most places have. It arrived today and I'm happy to have it but it's not at all like the photo. The new growth is coming from the bottom of the cutting and is about 3 inches tall. There are 2 whole leaves with more coming out. With most of the providing nurseries being in zone 8 and 9, I was hoping for a bit more flourish. It's healthy and its growing and its early in the season still so I'm keeping it. And I guess for the money spent, I got what I paid for. Just don't be disappointed when yours come and it doesn't have 2 years worth of growth already.

Came in a good size box but carrier seemed to toss it around as when I opened my box it was secured good but had dirt falling everywhere from the box and a few branches broken. Didn't have many leaves on it but it is a small plant. I have planted it and it is starting to grow leaves.

plant arrived smashed %26 very dried out. sat in local warehouse or in truck for 3 days. Fig tree came from location 404 miles away but took over 5 days to arrive. Florida in July is very hot, plants should be delivered ASAP not sit in hot warehouse 3 extra days.

the fig tree came without any leaves. it is just a brown twig in a pot of soil. upon delivery, the fig tree was placed in an area where it received morning sun and afternoon shade. I have watered it every day. the water runs straight through. as of 4.6.2026 the twig has not shown any signs of producing buds or any greenery. I would think by now some form of life would be sprouting about if the tree is actually alive. I had hopes of it bouncing to life once it was placed in the environment and given water daily... I will try to get a photo the next time my daughter visits as this is a skill I do have. I do not upload pictures, and I have no idea how to, but when she comes again, I will ask her to help me post one.

Pay attention to all of the one star reviews. I was hoping I might get lucky and have a 5 star experience, but the plant is spindly, with rotting branches, and is probably dead. I guess this company has no pride in what they sell. So sad, so disappointing. The branches flex as if they are alive until you find out that they are rotten and that is why they feel soft and don't snap!

I received this fig tree and it didn't seem to be doing well. after some investigation, I found severe root rot and stem rot. it was not long-term viable. I have requested a replacement through the Walmart refund. I had to choose the option arrived damage but left details so hopefully the one I get will not be this bad. I will re-edit my review once I received the new fig tree.

It took too long for delivery, about 10 days. Plant was DOA, packed very well but the soil was soaking wet and no sign of life. It clearly been dead for awhile, maybe even before it was shipped (no evidence in the box that it ever had leaves). I did the 'scratch test' on the bark to see if there was any life (any hint of green) and it was brown and brittle. Walmart did give me a full refund, so that was great. However I was so sad as I had been excited and so looking forward to receiving this.
