Well handled shipping
Arrived well packed. The soil is loose but the plant is in good condition. No broken branches. Changed soil immediately and the plant is thriving.

I purchased two of these pittosporums. The plants appear healthy on the top half with overall healthy looking leaves. I haven't had a chance to look at the root balls yet. I'm disappointed that they're falling over in the pot. There's a good finger-width gap around the main stem causing them to flop side to side on both plants. I'm concerned the root system isn't as established as it should be. I'm crossing my fingers that I can get them in the ground soon and that they'll be okay. Previous orders of other plants from here have been great. I expected the same with these.

Plants were not potted well, several were received broken, 3 had very small rooted balls, and one is already dead a few days after it was received.
