The shrub came with plastic bag around container to keep mousture in. It is very healthy and not crunched up from being in a cardboard box. I'm very happy with it!

Infested with Leaf Miners
I ordered one and it came in good shape, so I ordered 2 more. I kept them inside since it was still cold here in PA when they arrived; however, they soon languished and I found they were infested with leaf miners that developed into little black gnats! I guess that's why they were cheaper than everyone else's plants. One was eaten alive (sapped down to a twig) and two are hanging on still since I treated them with a systemic pesticide. Not sure they will survive. If they infect my other plants, I will not be happy. I am sure the PA Dept of Agriculture will not appreciate the transport of plants with BUGS.
