Southern Living Takes The Cake Blueberry Bush Live Shrub in 2-Gallon Grower Pot

This blueberry shrub from southern living plant collection was very well packaged and arrived in excellent condition. The plant looks very healthy and was shipped in a box to protect the plant and also had a plastic bag with a tie string around the pot to prevent spillage. Also helps hold in moisture. It has healthy green leaves and arrived just in time for spring! I’m very happy with my purchase;)

Well I was notified that my plant was lost in transit. It ended up arriving a week late and on a day its below freezing also even though the box said this side up they laid it down on its side. However with all that the little blube is still alive! Great job packing and ensuring it had water before its trip the soil is still moist.

Shipping was very fast and the plant was so healthy. It even arrived with Blooms southern living plants are the best everyone I have purchased so far has been great.

The blueberry bush was packaged very well and looked wonderful when it came out of the box. It had leaves and blooms and was beautiful! I planted it and watered it according to the instructions. It has been a week since then, and the leaves are turning brown and the blooms are fading. Now I’ll wait to see if it is shocked from transplant and will recover or if it is truly dead. Next time, I will try ordering during winter when the bush is still dormant. That might make transplanting easier on the bush.

Hi the box it came in is great but the Blueberry bush looks extremely old old old.. I'm going to give it a month or so of my care then I'll know better how I like it after that...

I liked that the plant arrived safely. undamaged and not dying. Soil was still moist and plants leafs/flowers were intact.

the plant appears healthy, but will update review once planted to see survival rate for the two I bought. So far, so good.

This is my first experience with a blueberry plant, so I was not sure what it should look like. After comparing the advertised picture to what I received, I am sad to say that I got a skeleton of a plant. There are only 7 branches and out of those 7, only four branches have leaves on them. The leaves are not abundant, they are very sparse. Some of the branches are brown (not sure if this is normal). I read that mature stems can brown, but I am not sure of the age of the plant I received. Maybe I can bring it to life, I am trying to get it thriving. Happy planting ya'll!
