Yes, finally!! What I've been looking for!!!
These sausages are a hit!! If your from central Texas than you know about the big craze we have for our German and Polish sausages! Gonzales, Luling, Lockhart, Elgin, Bastrop %26 Seguin Texas are all known for their all beef sausages. I will drive hours just to buy frozen sausages by the dozen. It's hard to find the central Texas peculiar taste of sausages in the stores. After having South Side Market it tast exactly like central texas sausage that I grew up eating, and I love it! I definitely recommend you buying this all beef sausage!!! :)

Hands Dow the best sausage
these are the best sausages ever i wish they carried the other varietys and they were a little less expensive but i was amazed that they had actualy stocked soemthig at the store i,was at!!!

best sausage ever
simply the best sausage. made in texas. cook it in a smoker for the best results. roll it up in a slice of white bread for a great simple sandwich. this bbq company. has been around since the 1890's. EAT IT!

All Beef Doesn't Include Pork Casings
How can a sausage be all beef if it's in a pork casing, this is wrong on so many levels if you still a beef sausage it should be in a beef casing or no casing or man-made casing. I'm sure there are people that would love to give your beef sausage a try but cannot because they don't eat pork...
