SoWell Balanced Berberine Blood Sugar Support

I have been taking this product for approximately 2 1/2 months. I love it. It works, along with my diet I'm able to control my sugar intake. I take it twice a day and it's really controlling my sugar. I tried a different product similar to this one, but did not work the same. I highly recommend it.

I'm general, I'm leery of supplements not recommended by my PCP, but after reading Dr. Sowa's book & hearing interesting things about Berberine, I thought I'd give it a try & just ordered a one month supply. Now, after 30 days of using, I can say indubitably, that this supplement helps curb my appetite & I can function with a good energy level all day. My GLP-1 isn't giving me the full suppression I was hoping for alone, but as soon as I started taking this, I really noticed a difference! I've even upgraded to a subscription of it.

I have taken the balanced for months to help with insulin resistance. I noticed it helps surpress my appetite,no snacking and a little weight loss. The capsules are large and sometimes hard to swallow. I will continue to use  balanced instead of any diabetic meds. 

I've been taking the Balanced Berberine religiously since 4/1/25 (today is 7/16/25). I started with 1 capsule in the morning and then 6/1 started taking 2x per day. It has completely changed my eating habits. I feel a lot LESS hungry during the day and my mid-day cravings are GONE! I'm down about 9 lbs. and I feel great. I have more energy, sleep better and just feel better overall. I'll be having my cholesterol checked next month which is the main reason I started this product. I hope to see positive results there and will post again with those results!

This is my 3rd bottle of Balanced. This is the 1st Berberine that I have found with Chromium & Cinnamon. The combination lowers my blood glucose wonderfully. It doesn't upset my stomach and gives me great results.

I've been stumped for months and finally came across this gem. It's been the only product that has shown some weight loss for me. Loving it more and more each day!

Based on my initial experience, I'm looking forward to seeing how this helps me on my journey (stable Stage 4 Cancer, with chemo and targeted treatment that causes weight gain).

I was worried about experiencing side effects, when I started this product; however  I needn't have worried, because I'm feeling great and looking a bit slimmer., after only two weeks of taking this product.

I was leery of trying these pills. But after researching the benefits, I decided to take a leap of faith and glad I did. They definitely suppress my appetite and I have to make myself eat. Very happy with this product.

Has literally ripped my gut up. So much bloating, gas, stomach pain and diarrhea it's intolerable for me. Very expensive for such a highly rated berberine product.
