Great source of protein with a crunch!
These soy beans are delicious and I love the crunch. Soy beans are a great snack and they have 14g of protein per ounce.

Excellent Healthy Option!
Did you know, 1/3 cup is about 20 grams protein? Put on top of your salad for a healthy protein filled meal.

I like but won't purchase again
They are very expensive and don't taste as good as I remember. But, I would recommend trying them because they are a great snack; very crunchy (not a resealable stay fresh bag) and maybe the price will get better.

Soybeans
I read that Soybeans are loaded with fiber how can these soybeans have zero fiber? I emailed the company and told them of my dilemma and they responded that they would look into it. That was over a week ago and have not heard from them concerning why the nutritional label states zero fiber?

Do not waste your money
The beans in the photo are a nice tan to light brown color. The beans I received were a dark brown almost mahogany color and extra firm and extremely dry. Beans I have purchased elsewhere were the color of the picture, firm and dry very similar to peanuts, and about half the cost.
