Doesnt need to be refrigerated. and has soooo many vitamins and minerals. I bought it because im on a fixed income budget. and I don't have much money. and it fits my budget. I didnt even know what I missing. Ive lost weight. I look better, not just weight wise. but also skin, hair and nails. I feel better. Thats the take away. It's a affordable, I feel better. and quite frankly, worth it.

Have been drinking these for years. Perfect way to stay under a certain calorie amount. While remaining properly caffeinated and full, not to mention protein. Also takes away any decision making or planning needed for 2/3 of my meals 5-6 days a week.

I was worried that taste would change with complete energy but the taste was great. The convenience of Soylent to often replace my breakfast is a great easy and time saving alternative. I plan to continue using the powdered mix while also having complete energy bottles when I am have a big day and need the extra boost.

I use this to take my morning vitamins and ADHD meds, and it's that small extra kick of caffeine, calories, and Neurotrophics that helps jumpstart my day. I'm not a breakfast person, but it tastes like coffee ice cream and doesn't upset my stomach. I've been a Soylent user since the Kickstarter days, been drinking this flavor for years, and can't recommend it highly enough.

I was recently diagnosed with celiac disease and have been struggling with the process of deciding what to cook. None of tmy old go to recipes work well especially in the morning when I have limited prep time before work. This energy version not only simplifies my meal but also replaces having an energy drink to wake myself up as well.

These are so bitter I couldn't even finish drinking all of them. The flavor is pretty much the same chocolate milk flavor as the original chocolate just with a horrible bitter taste :(
