I personally think this is a great and affordable device when you are in between or can't afford a massage appointment. I like that the device comes with a car plug, so you can use it on the go. I do wish the cord (both car and regular) were longer. I like the heat feature too. I mostly use this on my hamstrings and upper back and it really helps with the knots.

Got this for my mom and ended up giving to her as an early x-mas present. We both used it and enjoyed it very much. She gets tension headaches and after sitting at a computer all day - this works wonders. I am definately going to order one for myself!

Bought as an early Christmas present for myself and absolutely love it!

I purchased the massager to help relieve tension in my shoulders and neck. I like the multiple speeds option and that I can apply more pressure myself with the hand/arm holes. I do wish the controls were in a different place as it is hard to see them when you are using the unit. I also wish the heat was 'hotter'. I like the ease of moving the unit around my mid-back - the massaging 'balls' hit the exact area I need them to. Nice that it turns off automatically as well.
